The dirt, grease, organic solvents and water could cause a serious impact on reliability. Therefore, removing them from the contact surface before using is necessary. * Make sure the contact surface is completely dry out and free from solvents before use.

Do not allow the HSC to be polluted by benzene, or other organic solvents, such materials may cause absorption, deformation, or peeling and thus cause an imperfect contact. |

The bonding pressure should be balanceable on the surface by the average of 35kg/cm square feet or more, and can be controlled within a range of ± 5kg/cm square. |

Do not bond on the sharp of the glass of LCD. |

Sealing HSC on the edge both side of LCD or PCB may break the conductive line. |

Although the connector can pass through folding test (as shown in Reliability page), excessive heat at the edge of bonding area may result in the hardness or deformation of PET film, which break the conductive line and its folding condition. As assembling, folding HSC 180 ° TO BE A LINE is prohibited. |

Using our product within 6 months after we produced at a closed state of preservation, temperature below 25 ℃ and humidity 50% RH or less. |

Please do understanding that unused printing screen for a long period (after it had produced) may affect the dimension precision of product and worsen printing ability because of poor screen tension. According to this, we will scrap unused printing screens after six months from the last order (the rest of print screens preserve for a year). |
